Iran’s Food and Drug Organization (FDO) has released a new list of unauthorized lip products. These cosmetic items lack proper licenses and safety approvals. The FDO warns consumers about potential health risks associated with their use.
According to Jadeh Makhsoos News Agency, the FDO’s Public Relations department announced this week’s update. They classified several lip cosmetic products as unauthorized. These items lack valid licenses, ingredient documentation, and compliance with safety standards. The list includes various solid and liquid lipsticks, lip tints, and lip balms.
The newly identified unauthorized lip products are:
- Solid Lipsticks: YORN, JULIUS, CALISTA, JOUCCC
- Liquid Lipsticks & Lip Gloss: ROMANTIC MATTE, MAGIC YOUR LIFE, Fruit, Ramesh
- Lip Tints: ROMANTIC RAIN, hold morning
- Lip Balms: DROHOO, ROMANTIC MATTE, THE BODY SHOP Coconut
The FDO’s Public Relations department emphasized the dangers of using unlicensed products. Unknown ingredients and production conditions can cause sensitivities and skin damage. The organization prioritizes these items for supervisory actions. They are actively investigating their distribution channels.
Jadeh Makhsoos reports, the FDO urges the public to report any sightings of these unauthorized lip products. Consumers can use the organization’s supervisory systems or university medical sciences’ Food and Drug Deputies. The FDO confirms it will continue legal action against distributors. They collaborate with other regulatory bodies to enforce compliance.
